Drop-off Procedure

PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST ONE HOUR FOR DROP-OFF!

Sign up for a drop-off appointment to drop off your tagged items at the sale location by logging into the "Consignor Login" section (will pop up in a new window). **Drop-off times will be available soon - please check back later!**  Drop-off times fill up quickly so make your appointment soon.  You may drop-off your items without an appointment, BUT consignors with appointments will be given first priority.

- Printout a copy of your inventory report, sorted by price, and bring it to drop-off.

- All items must be ready to put on the sales floor, with tags securely attached and all clothing on hangers.

- Clothing MUST be organized by gender and size BEFORE your drop-off time.

- You must allow time to assist volunteers in placing your items on the sales floor, in order to make the drop-off process flow smoothly.

- Please schedule ONE 15 minute drop-off appointment for 100 items you are consigning, TWO 15 minute drop-off appointments (back-to-back) for MORE THAN 100 items consigned (101 or 500 items, you may only sign up for 2 appointments)

Here is the drop-off routine:

Step 1 - Park in the BACK of the location, at 3201 F Street.  This is the loading dock area and is where you will be checking your items in.  

Step 2 - Fill out consignor paperwork while all items are being checked in.

Step 3 - Take any items not accepted back to your car and move car to the parking lot.  

Step 4 - Go back to check-in location and get the "All-Clear!" pass and go with your accepted items up to sale location.

Step 5 - Turn in consignor paperwork, along with the "All-Clear!" pass and begin helping put your items out on the sales floor.  Once all items are put in their appropriate places, you are free to leave and wait for the sales updates every evening!!
